Lempuyang Temple

Locally known as Pura Luhur Lempuyang is one of Bali’s oldest and most highly regarded temples.It is also believed to predate the majority of Hindu temples on the island, and the six holiest places of worship on Bali.The entire landscape looks very picturesque from this temple gate, and that gate also known to the western world as “ The Gate of Heaven” The gates and its temple located in eastern part of the of Bali within the highlands of Mount Agung, which sitting at a cool 1,775m above sea level.

Taman Ujung or water palace

With its complete and official name of “Taman Sukasada Ujung”, is situated in Seraya village in Karangasem regency. It is the sister site of Tirta Gangga which was also founded by the late King of Karangasem. The area complex consists of various large pools and historical structures which were set against a backdrop of Mount Agung and the eastern coastal lines of Bali island. Taman Ujung complex has a composite of Balinese and European architecture throughout three large ponds.

Tirta Gangga

A former royal palace ineastern Bali, Indonesia, about 5 kilometres from Karangasem, near Abang. It is noted for its water palace, owned by Karangasem Royal. Tirta Gangga literally means water from the Ganges and it is a site of some reverence for the Hindu Balinese. Tirta Gangga water palace is a maze of pools and fountains surrounded by a lush garden and stone carvings and statues The centrepiece of the palace is an eleven tiered fountain and there are many beautiful carvings and statues adorning the gardens.

White sand beach candidasa

In East Bali is one of the island’s ‘hidden’ beaches. The secluded coast of Pasir Putih Beach stretches between two hills between the villages of Bugbug and Perasi, both located in the Karangasem regency and approximately 4.5km east of the main hub of Candidasa.
