Visa B211A Application

This VISA B211A type is specifically for long term stay visitor (up to 6 months).

With the price listed on this package, your VISA will be valid for 60 days only, and if you want to stay longer than 60 days, you will need to apply for VISA extension every 60 days.

Requirements:

Please send these documents below to info@baliomtours.com for submission after you made your payment:
1. Passport minimum validity 12 months
2. Vaccine certificate (3 doses is enough)
3. Bank statement equal to USD 2000
4. Travel/medical insurance (Covid19 coverage)
4. 2x formal photo of applicant on white, red or blue background, with 4 x 6 cm (W x H) size.
5. Photos of your 2 very last pages of your passport

Important:

The documents need to send in detail and clear (PDF form preferred)

1. This quotation valid for 2 weeks.
2. The price may change without prior notification.
3. Your VISA will start from the E-VISA issue date.
4. All documents must legal (from original documents) and valid.
5. The process starts after complete documents and requirements.
6. The processing time may delayed due to error at immigration online system. If the immigration online system is broken (down/ error), this day will not calculated as working days. This will cause a delay in the service process.
7. Additional requirement may requested by officer during the process.
8. Jakarta Immigration office open on Monday – Friday service time from 08.00 – 15.00, accept for National Holidays.
9. This VISA is work prohibited.
10. Any problems and cost arise due to VISA violation is not our responsibility.
