- (Paddy Field) See about Balinese traditional irrigation system, called “subak”
- (Balinese House) Introduce typical Balinese house compound where the concepts of constructions followed Balinese architecture
- (Balinese offering) Learn how to make Balinese offering for the gods, Canang Sari, which are beautiful array of color and nature.
- (Coconut Oil Making) Learn how to make coconut oil traditionally, which is the best for balinese cooking.
- (Traditional/Spices making) Make traditional Balinese spice paste used as a base for many dishes, it is very fragrant and sensational for your taste bud.
- (Lunch/dinner) You will savour the fruit of your labour, you will enjoy the food that you have cooked.
